I am recruiting for a brand new client who is looking for candidates with sparkling personalities to join a team of bank advisors for the Dutch (Netherlands) markets.

You will be in daily contact with customers, by e-mail or telephone, and will have to answer the questions they may have, identify their needs or give them solutions for any problem they may have encountered. ๐ป๐๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฌ
Know how to help them with the selection of banking products for the customer, and transfer to the necessary service when it is not your responsibility.

The kind of person we are looking for:
Someone who speaks and writes fluently in Dutch (Netherlands) and has a good knowledge of French and/or English, and who knows how to use IT tools (CRM and Office suite).
You obviously have to be an excellent communicator and listener. ๐ฃ๏ธ๐
Hold the FSMA certification or be willing to take the certification within the first 6 months of employment.
Hold a CESS or equivalent at least (Leaving Cert, A-level, BAC,...) ๐๐
Personality wise we need candidates who are warm, bubbly, and full of energy. If you recognize yourself there, you will feel at home in our teams! ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ
What's in it for you:
- ๐ฐ Salary: between 2200โฌ and 2600/month - Depending on experience and certification
- ๐ Contract of 6 months or 1 year, renewable and view on CDI (perm)
- 1 month of office training - 1 to 2 days of work from home per week
