TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT – GERMAN SPEAKER

What do you need?

·      Fluent near-native level (C1/C2) of Danish (written and oral) and Fluent English (C1)

·      High school diploma (STX, HHX, HTX, HF or another equivalent leaving certificate)

·      Recent work experience and professional understanding of customer service

·      Able to work in a team and team & personal related target

What is going to be your task?

·      Responding to clients via phone, e-mail, or web tickets

·      Deliver B2B service to customers who directly contacted you

·      Providing an excellent experience of support to the customers
