Job Description

Enable partners to sell our products through optimized channel availability in a cost efficient way and bring Partner and Sales insights to Supply Chain through driving effective Customer and subsidiary engagement and delivering Operational excellence.

Weekly ROB calls/ close engagement with Customers and Subsidiary focused on delivering operational excellence to a quarterly demand plan and driving corrective actions and quarterly operations plans – understanding quarterly sales and marketing plans, managing demand vs supply , identifying any gaps and feeding that information back into the global supply chain for resolution.

  • Advising the sub on aligning supply availability to promo plans
  • Driving launch plans with Customer and subsidiaries, clearly communicating launch supply, order deadlines and supply availability through weekly calls as well as any changes to the POR and resolutions required.
  • Driving a quality order book with Customer and subs (holding them accountable for a minimum 5 weeks order book) to ensure a quality demand signal up to planners and any mix changes to forecast identified early
  • Effective escalation management - zero escalation flowing outside EMEA
