Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Mental Health Facility

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Nurse Management team in strategic and operational development, coordination, and service management, adhering to national and regulatory standards and best practices.
- Ensure patient care aligns with the highest professional standards through evidence-based care planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Psychiatric Nurse with NMBI registration.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration nursing experience, including at least 1 year in adult mental health services.
- Flexibility for night shifts, bank holidays, and weekends.
- Experience in a healthcare/hospital setting, with acute mental health care experience.
- Clinical experience in palliative care preferred.
- Strong clinical, managerial, and administrative competencies.
- Proven experience in staff management, budgeting, and workforce planning.
- Comprehensive understanding of Mental Health Commission requirements, leadership, and governance.
- Dynamic individual with diverse clinical experience, adept at working within a team and knowledgeable in Clinical Governance.
- Excellent leadership, teaching, and practice education skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and statutory regulations affecting healthcare organizations.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
