Key Responsibilities:
· Drive client satisfaction and achieve business aims.
· Lead business development efforts and identify new opportunities.
· Achieve personal fees & team fees target as set by your director.
· Manage a team of senior healthcare recruiters.
· Provide regular updates to the Director on performance and market conditions.
· Ensure achievement of financial goals.
· Ensuring a positive contribution to social media mediums in order to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.
· Demonstrate the Cpl core values in all aspects of your role.
· Assist in building and sustaining a Great place to Work and inclusive culture within the team.

· Experienced recruitment leader with a growth mindset
· Strong leadership and coaching skills
· Expertise in healthcare recruitment and market trends
· Proficient in MS Office with commercial acumen
