My client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team and will be working on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to join an exciting and growing company.
Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Payroll Administration and relevant Payroll software applications
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes laws and regulations
- Understanding of Employee Benefits Administration
- Processing and Managing Payroll
· Payroll taxes and employee benefits
- Basic understanding of Accounting principles
- Experience working with Xero or other cloud-based accounting platforms is a plus
Qualifications
- IPASS-qualified
· Experienced Payroll specialist with 2 to 3 years' experience processing high volume payroll.
- Experience in Google Sheets and Docs ( or equivalent in Excel / Word )
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· A strong desire and interest in working with innovative companies
