The role offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest companies and real estate funds in the world, as part of a multi-disciplinary team of construction and property consultants. The ESG offering has grown exponentially in recent times with a significant pipeline of work across Southern, Western & Northern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Serving clients and other business partners, including working closely with heads of sustainability departments, executive teams, fund and asset managers, real estate and facilities management teams
- Working on behalf of some of the largest investment firms in the world, assisting in formulating Decarbonization Strategies and ensuring their estates are as Sustainable & efficient as possible.
- Management of projects
- Development of sustainability/ESG strategies, including requirements, methodology and implementation
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Relevant experience working in property and/or construction, in delivering ESG/Sustainability strategies in the Built Environment
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental or Sustainability
- Ideally candidate will have exposure to climate risk assessment and or life cycle assessment
- Experience in implementing Net Zero Strategies and Green building
- You have in-depth knowledge of building-related German and European legislations and regulations, such as the EU Taxonomy
