Our client is the American global company which specializes in technology and consulting. They are cooperating with more than 5000 clients all over the world and provide them business support and IT services.
Currently we are looking for somebody who join the Swedish or Dutch team as:
Technical Support Analyst
• Resolve remote user’s IT problems (diagnose customer issues on the full range of products and applications supported on the customer site)
• Responds to clients requiring queries and technical support, Providing the customer with a solution
• Escalate the contact to the appropriate resolution group (e.g. second/third line of support)
• Contacts reach the analyst via telephone, ticket handling systems or e-mail.
• Providing regular updates to customers on ticket status.
• Work to achieve individual and team goals
The profile we are looking for:
• fluency in English (C1) + C1 for Swedish/Dutch
• customer orientated
• enthusiastic assertive
• technical aptitude will be a great asset
• excellent customer service, telephone, oral and written skills
• visa Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 (if outside of Europe) MANDATORY
