Scope of duties:
- provide a high level of the 2nd line technical support in German or Dutch.
- diagnosing and resolving advanced problem with network environment (daily work with such technologies as Cisco, BlueCoat, Juniper, F5, Aruba, Nortel, Avaya, Genesys, itc).
- installation, repair and maintenance of complex network and backup systems.
- assisting customers in remediate threat in case of failures and technical issues.
- experience required in network administration or support.
- experience supporting clients with any of the following technologies: Cisco, BlueCoat, Juniper, F5, Aruba, Nortel, Extrem, Alcatel, Infoblox, Avaya, Genesys, Polycom, Tandberg, HP, VMware, EMC, NetApp, CheckPoint, RSA.
- proficiency in English & any of the following: Dutch / German.
