We are delighted to be working in partnership with a multi award winning leader in the telecoms industry to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team in Dungannon.

The Role:

·      Manage QS/Commercial Assistants as the project evolves in size

·      Responsible for evaluations of utilities civils contract as principle contractor

·      Preparation and submission of weekly progress claims to client. Valuations to be agreed with Client QS representative on a bi-weekly basis.

·      Preparation and submission of client Final Accounts.

·      Provide commercial and contractual expertise to contracts, drafting & issuing correspondence.

·      Attending and providing commercial input to weekly internal meetings, with emphasis on budget monitoring.

Personal Specification

·      Significant relevant experience in a similar role with NEC3 contract knowledge.

·      Qualified Surveyor qualification preferred, however will consider someone with significant relevant experience within the industry

·      Experience of working with civils / utilities

·      Organised, focused and able to meet deadlines

·      Strong IT skills, specifically including Excel
