My client, one of the world’s leading health care suppliers are looking for a motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic Quality and Regulatory Administrator to join their team in Dublin. This is a 6-month contract position.

The Role
The role of the Administrator will be to support the Quality and Regulatory operations within the company. You will provide assistance across a broad range of areas to these 2 teams.
· Management of product complaints for products on the Irish market, from initial receipt through to closure, in conjunction with the company’s Global Complaints Departments and in accordance with all relevant EU legislation, HPRA Guidelines and company specific Standard Operating Procedures.
· The administration, preparation, issue, and control of documents in the B.DoCS documentation system ensuring that required standards of presentation and formatting are consistently achieved.
· The administration and oversight of the change management process in line with the controlled change management process in B.DoCS system.
Skillset Requirements
· A degree in a life science or pharmacy discipline
· Previous experience of 2 years in the Medical Device /Pharmaceutical Industry and a good understanding and working knowledge of GDP, MDR and I.S. EN ISO 13485
· Familiarity with relevant Legislation, Regulations and Guidelines applicable in Ireland and the EU.
· A knowledge of Quality and Document Management Systems.
· Proficiency in the English language; strong verbal and written communication skills is essential.
· Accuracy and excellent attention to detail are key attributes along with strong organisational skills.
· A proactive and collaborative work style and the ability to work with multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation and externally.
· Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP an advantage).
