My client, a leader within their field of Engineering and Distribution have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join their team in Cork (near Blackpool). This will be an initial 3 month temporary contract.

Core Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4pm Fri
Role: Fully onsite
Salary: 40-45k
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support and report to the managing director.
- Organize/schedule weekly and monthly meetings.
- Diary management.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage and book travel arrangements.
- Email and phone correspondence
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks.
The successful candidate:
- Ambitious individual who enjoys working across a multi-team function
- Strong IT skills including at least intermediate level at Excel and MS Office
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
