Our not-for-profit client in Dublin City Centre have an exciting requirement for an experienced Learning & Development Partner, for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of L&D strategies, and establishing a culture that embraces coaching and continuous personal development across the organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Creating and delivering the L&D strategy in support of the organisation strategy.
· Develop successful, strategic relationships with all business stakeholders
· Make recommendations for continuous improvement
· Assist organisational development
· Provide technical support and guidance on learning policies and initiatives
· Drive and promote awareness of Learning and Development initiatives
· Assisting in the coaching of management and identification of key training needs.
· Conduct training needs analyses, analyse the findings and develop learning plans
· Facilitate the various training /learning programmes
· Lead the roll-out of Personal Development Plans and coaching strategies
· Align learning initiatives to Performance Management practices across the organisation
· Analyse the impact of learning initiatives
· Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and protocol.
· Identify & assess any HR related risk management
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· A third level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. HR, L&D
· CIPD qualification preferred
· Good working knowledge of employment legislation in Ireland is essential
· 5+ years L&D experience, ideally in a dynamic multi-site environment
· Ability to coach and advise Senior Managers on all aspects of learning and development
· Experience in developing and rolling out learning and change management plans
· Understanding of the principles of HR related risk management & compliance
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Excellent IT, numerical and facilitation skills
