Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Lead join a large semi-state organisation in Dublin city centre. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working of 2 days onsite per week. The successful candidate must have 5+ years HR Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the team with implementing people strategy, and people policies.
- Support with data-driven insights.
- Design and implement the employee wellbeing strategies.
- Support with the company’s recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Support with Sick leave and Employee relations issues.
- Responsible for organising events, different recognition programmes and creating, distributing, and reviewing surveys.
- Identify the trends and areas of improvement from these surveys and propose different initiatives to improve work-life balance and wellbeing.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Responsible for answering any HR Related Queries
- Get involved in Learning and Development programmes.
- Pull and prepare reports and presentations to communicate to the business.
Requirements:
- 5 + years HR Experience
- Relevant third level qualification
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose and implement solutions.
- Irish Employee Relations Experience.
