We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist with our Manufacturing Engineering client, based in Maynooth, for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate must be fluent Dutch speaker. The role will be responsible for supporting the full HR lifecycle for employees and key people projects.
RESPONSIBILTIES REQUIRED
- Support design and delivery of key Human Resources initiatives.
- Sharing insights from exit interviews, absence data, and engagement survey conducted.
- Coaching managers on ER issues and tracking of employee relations cases related to absence, performance and conduct.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing HR updates to employees and managers.
- Managing onboarding process of new candidates and first point of contact for new hires and inductions.
- Sharing HR metrics/data as requested.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role in Ireland or Netherlands (Highly desirable).
- HR qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Fluent Dutch speaker.
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
