Our semi-state service provider client have an exciting requirement for a HR Compliance Lead, for a permanent role, in Dublin City Centre, offering hybrid working. The successful candidate will join a large, high functioning HR team and work closely with various HR Business Partners to ensure strategic initiatives are understood and embedded across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Develop an effective structure to ensure efficient evaluation of HR effectiveness
- Work with the HR Business Partner Team to drive consistency for the delivery of initiatives
- Actively seek out opportunities for process improvement
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for compliance issues to the HR team
- Responsible for compliance process and updates, and escalating any issues
- Develop a process to ensure right to work checks for employees and new starters are managed
- Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting.
- Manage GDPR for the HR team
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate against HR related risks.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Relevant third level qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience related to HR governance, compliance, and process improvement
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Very strong written and verbal skills
- Experience of developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
