Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Business Partner for a Maternity Contract in South Dublin.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
· Implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent development.
· Responsible for performance management processes.
· Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
· Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Key competencies, skills & experience:
· Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
