Our client, a leading retail and agri organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator (Order Management Coordinator) to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be a key member of the Supply Chain team and will have responsibility for coordinating order management activities relating to the shipping process and you’ll play a key role in the success of fulfilling customer orders.
Role Details:
- Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 depending on experience
- Location: Mitchelstown. 2 days WFH once trained up
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders on Oracle to ensure details are correct
- Play a leading part in the Ship Schedule process - confirm scheduling ship dates directly with customers, as appropriate.
- Co-ordinate between Warehouse and Transport teams on the scheduling of orders.
- Manage customer Top Up order requests between Planners, Warehouse and Transport teams.
- Facilitate weekly Credit meetings between Credit Control and Commercial to ensure that orders are released in accordance with credit rules applied.
- Liaise directly with customers and support Commercial team with the sharing of customer documentation such as issue dockets, invoices, CMRs etc.
- Coordinate with Finance for Pricing/Exchange Rates
- Support the setup of new customer ship to addresses.
- Support the customer complaints process with any returns or credit note requests.
- Generate and present the Ship Performance metric on a weekly basis.
The successful candidate:
- Third level qualification and experience in an order management role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work on own initiative
- Excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
