My client, a leader across Manufacturing, Med Devices and Pharmaceuticals has an exciting opportunity for a part time Administrator to join their Health and Safety team. You will partner with EHS team to offer administration support to the Heath and safety function and ensure EHS solutions runs seamlessly.
Role Details:
- Part time, 3 days a week flexible working hours
- 3 month initial contract
- Onsite role, based in Ringaskiddy, Cork
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Mange team meetings
- Update current file storage and archiving information electronically
- Updating content-training slides to match revisions with site procedures
- Administrations for the EHS Curve System
(Following on from training on internal system duties will include)
- Run reports for use at multiple meetings
- Set up EHS program reviews/inspections
- Transfer of data from Excel into program review model
- Create schedule of reviews for EHS team to execute
- Set up inspections from the EHS Directors for EHS team to execute
- General document control
- Prepare and maintain updates on the EHS Digital Notice board
The successful candidate:
- EHS, Health and Safety qualification/or experience ideal but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Highly resourceful in your ability to problem solve
- Experience with tools to report data
- 5-10 years administration experience ideally
