A client of mine, a large software company with Dublin offices is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist within the financial team.
This is an immediate start role for 1 year.
Details of role:
- Manage daily cash management activities for the EMEA/LATAM region.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams to fulfill operational requirements in the region, such as accessing account information, tracing payments, and providing bank confirmations.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Offer and extend exceptional customer service to all external and internal partners.
- Collate data that can be used to improve functions.
- Provide support to the Treasury team as required, including payments processing, daily cash reconciliation, FX settlements, and bank user administration.
Candidate profile:
Skills:
- Experience working as a finance administrator.
- Proficiency in analysis, with the ability to perform ad hoc analyses and interpret financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling reports.
- Advanced skills in MS office especially Excel.
