Warehouse administrators required for Dublin 22


Our logistics client based in Dublin 22 are looking for a warehouse administrator to join their team. This role will be working alongside a team of administrators providing the following assistance

  • Provide excellent customer service to the client and customers
  • Arrange customers delivery’s
  • Follow up on delivery’s and customer complaints
  • Liaise with customers when required in line with the business operations
  • Attend meetings with management and clients
  • Produce high quality reports
  • Data Entry
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Attentional duties as required
  • Communicate with warehouse to achieve maximum, efficient and effective productivity to eliminate error.
  • Ensure that all documentation is filed in a timely and accurate manner.


The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous administration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Manual Handling is a advantage but not necessary as training can be provided
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
