Role Overview

  • Grow the local quality team and oversee their day-to-day management.
  • Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for auditing procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain QA programs complementary to the quality system, corporate objectives and policies.
  • Report, analyse, and provide insights on our quality process.
  • Responsible for localising working process and strategies, solve content concerns for local users with cross-functional teams in such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations teams.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • Experience in managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills and personalities.
  • Deep understanding of European online safety, privacy, and expression issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skill.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries.
  • Fluent in English and Polish (native level).
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shift.
