Job Description

A rapidly growing IT Organisation is seeking an experience trainer to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years hands on training experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify training and development needs
  • Measure the effectiveness of training using various feedback methods
  • Assist in the implementation of projects
  • Drive the improvement of policies, processes and system functions

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 2+ years’ work experience doing Training;
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, languages will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to create training materials
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines
