Job Description

Our client, the leader in a print technology and intelligent work solutions, imaging and printing, data analytics, and the development of secure and automated solutions, is looking for enthusiastic candidates with a willingness to learn and develop inside their multinational team.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical problems and will provide the best and most effective solution to the end customer.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle queries and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for customers
  • Use available tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Facilitate or escalate customer issues and complaints, both internally and externally
  • Liaise with various Helpdesks
  • Maintain accurate database information

 

Candidate’s Profile

  • Able to convey sensitivity and a positive approach to customer needs and to maintain and project a helpful and courteous attitude in any circumstances
  • Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Ability to follow relevant instruction and to use appropriately relevant knowledge bases
  • Excellent team player with a committed approach to teamwork and customer responsibilities

 

Qualifications

  • Oral and written fluency in Dutch or Flemish
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Ability to provide professional technical telephone support
  • Previous knowledge about IT fundamentals, Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Networking, etc. can be an advantage

 

Compensation

  • Competitive Salary through the contract directly with the client
  • Language Premium: €1,000 per supported language
  • €2,000 Sign on bonus

 

Relocation Package (for candidates outside of Ireland)

  • Relocation Support Package up to €1,250
  • 2-week hotel stay with free transportation to work once joining company
