Technical Customer Support - Entry level - Dutch or Norwegian

Our Client is offering full training and support for you to become a successful Technical Support Analyst - Level 1. 
Level 1 is not the end. With clear career progression paths designed you can be promoted into different areas around the business depending on your strenghs. Your future is in your hands. 

The core role - duties: 

  • Resolve Customer Queries via email, chat, phone and remotely (via ticketing system)
  • Answer requests in a fast and professional way
  • Keep track of the activities by logging the progression into the operating system
  • Escalated more complex cases to analysts of level 2

The profiles we are looking for: 

  • Native level Dutch or Norwegian
  • Fluency in English
  • Interest in IT
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
