Job Description

A major technology company is looking for energetic and outgoing employees to join its friendly customer support desk, situated in Leixlip, Co. Kildare!

As a customer support agent you will be the first point of contact for any queries or issues.

You will be responsible for:

  • analysing and troubleshooting any technical issues that customers are having with client products,
  • resolving them where possible,
  • Escalating appropriate issues to the relevant department.

With comprehensive new starter training and no experience necessary, this is the perfect opportunity to get your career off the ground!

If you have:
