JOB PURPOSE: 

Exciting Telco Roles

 

Do you have experience in:

 

  1. 1st line Support
  2. Technical capability
  3. To support technical call centre
  4. Inbound calls from customers
  5. Queries on broadband
  6. Trouble shooting, configuration

Broadband Customer Support- Remote basis

-2 months contract

-Must have tech hardware and or software experience

-Must be based in Ireland

-Must have broadband troubleshooting experience

-Must have IT support experience

-Must be available to start immediately
