Role requirements

  • Support the team with esclated and complex queries 
  • Work with the management team on strategy for team delivery across a range of KPI's
  • Understand the metrics and landscape of a contact centre environement and provide areas for improvements 
  • Provide reports and insights to the sales tearm on team performance 
  • Issue stats to the management team from each days activity

About you

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment is an distince advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, running reports and presenting data
  • Able to work under tight timeframes and pressured situations
