Strategic Sourcing manager 

Global Strategic Sourcing is charged with working across the various BU’s, partnering with business leaders to drive leverage and value that can be realized through Organizational Efficiencies and Cost Reductions


This role will lead complex, EMEA-wide strategic sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for the procurement of goods and services in Corporate, HR, Facilities, Operations, and related expense categories.  This role will be accountable for  annual spend . This individual will be expected to lead teams of key cross-functional stakeholders through structured strategic sourcing processes to develop superior commercial relationships with a wide range of suppliers.  They will collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise on business, legal, financial, technical, performance, and security requirements. This role will leverage the purchasing power of the enterprise to drive measurable improvements and increase competitive advantage in EMEA.

 Basic qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience required

 Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • CPM or CPSM Certifications
  • MBA
  • Business related experience in a Strategic Sourcing role with evidence of increases in scope and level of responsibility
