Senior HR Administrator

CPL HR are seeking a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent contract for a  leading FMCG organisation in South Dublin. This role will support the HR function in delivering a best in class HR service. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. 


  • Manage the recruitment process and onboarding  
  • Keeping all HR systems and personnel files up to date for all employees
  • Coordinating new joiner process, monitoring probationary periods, and conducting exit interviews as required
  • Providing advice and assistance on any company policy queries and ER issues
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the HR team

Key Requirements 

  • HR degree or related discipline 
  • 2+ years experience in HR Administration role
  • Good written and verbal communication 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook 365
  • Driver's license required as travel may be required
