Job Description

My client has a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager based in their offices near to Dublin Airport. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, will have some financial administrative experience, and will be keen to pursue their career in an office management capacity.

The successful Office Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilities management including ordering office supplies, general upkeep of the office
  • General administrative duties including reporting, diary management, financial administration
  • Experience with accounts is necessary. Payroll admin, accounts payable, accounts receivable
  • Being a POC for HR in Ireland and addressing any issues as they arise
  • To be a key team leader on a daily basis and lead by example
  • Assisting with travel and diary management as needed
  • Recording all financial administration
  • Processing expenses

Experience required for the successful Office Manager:

  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Experience working on Systems i.e. TAS Books
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable/Credit Control experience
  • Payroll Experience - CollSoft
  • On-line banking and reconciliation of accounts
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
