Job Description

My client, based in Cherrywood, Dublin 18 is looking for a Senior Administrator to assist the HR team for an initial period of 6 months.
This is an immediate start position.

Principal Responsibilities

To support the HR team during a busy period, the HR administrator will be responsible for: 


  • The organisation of annual HR data and reports
  • Providing reports and follow up on key HP processes such as holiday booking
  • Optimising the use of existing HR systems


  • Support the existing HR team in day to day administration including:
  • Recruitment administration support
  • Contract issuing and tracking
  • Tracking key events such as probation, one year reviews, maternity leave, illness leave etc
  • Completion of standard employee requests such as salary confirmation letters etc
  • Other duties as required


Minimum Experience

The successful candidate will have a number of years administration experience, preferably in the function of HR administration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently

Commitment to supporting the HR function to deliver an excellent service to the team
