Are you a fluent French & English speaker, ideally with proven experience in sales order management & customer support? Do you need a new challenge or are you now looking to take the next step in your career in Ireland?

Our client, a highly successful US multinational company are now recruiting for an experienced French speaking Order Management professional to join their EMEA services team.

The Job:
As a Sales Order Manager, you will deal directly with key business/commercial customers across all French & English speaking markets handling duties such as product & price enquiries, managing product orders from quotation to delivery & all related administration & reporting tasks.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:
** 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce would be an advantage.
** 2+ years in customer service or sales support/order management role.
** Fluency in French & English is essential. Ability in a 3rd language would be an advantage.
** Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent service.

Ideally applicants will be based in Ireland but we are happy to consider French speakers outside of Ireland.

The Offer:
You will be offered a starting salary of approx 28k with an excellent benefits package including pension & health cover.
