Job Description

Role requirements

  • In this role you will work with customers at risk of leaving and explain the benefits and pricing plan
  • Understand pricing model and discuss and support customers renewals and repeat custom
  • Offer solutions for contract reviews and repricing
  • Responsible for upgrading customers who request a plan change
  • Create retention report for out of contract monthly and contact customer via email and over the phone
  • Support customers who are in distress or unhappy while taking issue of ownership and resolution

Ideal candidate

  • Previous Customer Service, Retention or Sales experience
  • Previous phone-based experience and track record of reaching targets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and strong communication skills
