Cpl Office Support is the administration, office support and secretarial division with the Cpl Group. Our client list is unrivaled in our industry and we place office support professionals in both temp and permanent roles in Dublin and further afield.We work with companies of all sizes including the public services, social services, academic institutions, multinationals, IT start-ups, blue-collar companies, financial services, construction, engineering, legal organisations, and professional services.Some of the roles we place people in within these companies include senior administrator, clerical admin, warehouse admin, finance admin, receptionist, office manager, PA, junior PA and facilities administrator. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent 
  • Work closely with clients to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role
  • Full candidate journey – Advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process
  • Business development
  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand, locally and beyond, as part of a broader strategy at Cpl
  • Demonstrate the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role
