Job Description

Our Client based in Dublin 15 are looking for a receptionist – data base administrator for a week to week position.

 

This position will involve

  • Answering calls and assisting with the query
  • Direct calls as required
  • General reception duties such as looking after post, Couriers
  • Meet and greet
  • Uploading sensitive information to database
  • Updating Database records
  • General administration
  • Data Entry

 

The ideal candidate will need to have

  • Previous Data Entry and Reception experience is a must
  • Garda vetting will be required for this position and can be carried out during the interview process
  • Strong Microsoft office experience
  • Excellent attention to Detail
  • Strong organisational skills
