Reception/Administrator Required For Institution In Dublin 8- Immediate Start!

This is a lovely position for someone to boost their experience in a very busy Medical/Healthcare Setting. 

Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37 hours each week.

Hourly Rate: €12.14

 

The role:

  • Managing Registrations and all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Ensuring all documentation is collected with Diligence and Confidentiality
  • Typing reports, correspondence, sending out new appointments, etc. for Consultants
  • Making new appointments, typing letters, referrals etc.
  • Answering the phone, taking messages and dealing with queries.
