Property Manager - Dunboyne - 38,000 - 45,000
We have an immediate requirement for an intelligent, energetic, driven, and vibrant individual for a Property Manager role to work with a growing company based in Meath.
The ideal candidate will have a PSRA license or be able to qualify for one.
Overseeing and managing the administration on all developments.
Training and monitoring of staff
Ensure they and the team respond adequately to all client queries via post, fax, phone and e-mail, review of correspondence, approval of drafts where needed, ensure responses are sent.
Review and manage credit control issues of developments.
Liaising with our Operations Department in relation to works that are required on each development encompassing the tendering process for work within developments
Liaising with Accounts department in relation to audited accounts from draft to final
Liaising with Senior Office Administrator in relation to insurance policies and claims
Completing requests for Requisitions 37, membership certificates and letters of indemnity.
Preparation of reports for Clients and General Manager
Attendance of AGMs and other meetings after office hours
To operate and monitor SLAs that are in place for Management Companies
Conduct site visits on a regular basis and have full site knowledge
Oversee the implementation of project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees to successful conclusion.
Budget preparation and overseeing expenditure control.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff.
Monitors work to make sure that it is being completed according to schedule and with excellent quality.
Represents and speaks on behalf of the Company to Board of Directors/Developers
Reviews and interprets goals and objectives of the work area in order to resolve problems, make recommendations for changes in instructions and/or guidelines.
Understand the significant issues affecting a property's performance. Implement programs or make recommendations to correct problems and enhance positive aspects of each property.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Should possess PSRA licence.
At least 4 years experience in a residential block property management role
Strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance and operations
Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to analyse problems, creatively develop solutions, and implement solutions to generate immediate results.
Understand how to organize resources and establish priorities
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work very well under pressure.
Adaptable Proactive in their approach to work with a can do attitude
Energy and flexibility in working hours.
