Project Coordinator

Self-motivated, conscientious and adaptable, Project Coordinator required for our multinational client based in Ringaskiddy Cork. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills. Enjoy working in a busy environment, and can solve complex problems and meet deadlines.


  • To accomplish the primary goal of organizing the numerous parts of the project and making sure it runs smoothly.

  • Assist with our staff and contractor on boarding program.

  • Managing / assisting the schedule of recruitment and recruitment activities.

  • Plan Meetings

  • Organize Project Logistics

  • Maintain Records

  • Interface with Clients

  • PowerPoint presentations.



  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of project coordination and scheduling

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Knowledge of presentation design, template usage and presentation delivery
