My client a rapidly growing business in the FS sector requires a Programme Manager with a proven ability to lead change as part of a large scale digital transformation programme.
Daily rate €600.
Your role will be to establish and lead a business workstream which will play a key element to the success of my clients digital and technology transformation.
Skills required -
5 - 10 years experience leading and delivering complex business change projects as part of a digital transformation
Experience in banking, insurance and or professional services is essential for this role.
Ideally experience in a start up FS environment where best practice, governance, methodologies, standards, documentation and practises are implemented from the outset.
Full project lifeycle experience
Technical aptitude and abilities across test prep, execution, reporting, business readiness
Excellent attention to detail - detailed planning, business case creation, workstream governance
Appreciation for technology and digital innovation and automation
Excellent comms - influencing, negotiating, client facing
Customer focused, enthusiastic, self starter, autonomous
Prince II and PMP Certified
Own the change activities related to the business workstream as part of the overall programme.
Manage all stakeholders to report progress on programme effectively
Ensure processes are well defined, documented and assured.
