Our client is currently seeking a Primary Servicing Executive to join their Dublin site. This is an exciting opportunity for a servicing executive to further develop their stakeholder administration and customer service skills in a fast-paced mortgage collections environment.
You’ll join their primary servicing function to assist with the collections & administration tasks associated when servicing portfolios. Tasks include inbound and outbound telephony activity, customer data processing, dealing with customer queries and general loan administration to ensure that customer requests are met and actioned in a timely manner.
Dealing with inbound customer phone calls and conducting outbound payment collection campaigns
Customer Data Processing within agreed SLAs
Processing files and actioning the daily workflow associated with customer requests
Review of information including previous account notes, SFS information and all other related supporting customer information
Maintaining detailed customer files and management information to ensure that customer activity, milestones and recommended actions are tracked and available for review as required
Working within agreed metrics, including meeting agreed targets and service level agreements as determined by the Head of Collections
Providing clear instruction and direction, whilst maintaining good relationships, with any third-party service providers engaged to assist with associated activities for customers
Skills we're looking for:
Previous loan servicing / collections experience
Working as part of a team
Maintaining good interpersonal relationships
Experience of inbound and outbound calling
Attention to detail
Ability to react and deal with change in a fast-moving environment.
