Job Description

My client a busy property investment company are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/Front of house administrator for their Dublin 2 office for a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Front of house role requires:

·       Enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.

·       Immaculate grooming and presentation along with a friendly warm


·       Needs to be able to work independently and as part of a team

Personal Assistant requires:

·       Provide PA support to two busy Directors, travel arrangements, diary     management, liaising with clients as well as any travel for the team

·       Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers etc, boardroom    

    management and coordination

·       Managing all stationary orders

·       Ability to print, photocopy and bind documents

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Salary Range: 26k to 30k depending on experience

2 years’ experience in a similar role required
