Servisource, on behalf of our client is seeking a Pension Administrator (Broker Servicing) to be based in Dundalk, Co.Louth on a permanent basis.

Our client is a Financial Services business based in Dundalk town centre.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of self-administered pension structures – SSAP’s, PRB’s A(M)RF’s and SIPP’s
  • Maintenance of accurate and up to date scheme records
  • Calculating members benefits
  • Processing retirement and transfer claims
  • Dealing with queries from brokers and clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing the setup of new investments for pension structures


To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

  • QFA Qualified
  • RPA preferable but not essential
  • 2 years + pensions experience
  • Strong knowledge of defined contribution pensions
  • Knowledge of Revenue Legislation and Pensions Authority Requirements
  • Strong PC skills to include Microsoft Office suite, proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Team player as well as ability to work on own initiative.
