Due to expansion, our client are in the process of hiring a Payroll Manager to join their growing team.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Manager to join our team based in Dublin City Centre.

Job Title: Payroll Manager

Key responsibilities of the role:

Lead and manage payroll operations.
Responsibility for end to end accurate processing of the weekly payroll for 3,000 employees and monthly payroll.
Mentoring of direct reports.
Maintenance of Megapay payroll system, timesheets & records.
Maintenance of a strong control environment including the protection of data.
Ongoing implementation of payroll best practices.

A self-starter who can demonstrate relevant hands on experience and competence in the day to day running of a busy payroll function.
IPASS qualified
Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a payroll supervisory capacity
Be fluent in English
Have excellent communication skills
Be able to engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Can work to tight deadlines within a pressurised environment.
Have good problem-solving skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Lead and manage by example
Ability to improve and develop payroll function.
