Part-time Office Manager

working hours 4 hours per day, 5 days per week or the option to work from home 

Salary 35K pro Rata

Location: Dublin 15

Duties will include the following:

  • Accounts/bookkeeping duties All aspects of Sales Ledger
  • Generate sales invoices, credit control, updating sales reports All aspects of Purchase Ledger
  • Match invoices to purchase orders, input on accounts system and reconcile to statements, prepare monthly payment list Banking
  • Input transactions and reconcile to bank statement Revenue returns including VAT, VIES & RTD returns
  • A knowledge of construction VAT & taxes such as RCT are necessary
  • Maintaining various reports for Managing Director Knowledge of Quickbooks would be desirable Other assistant duties
  • Maintain stock levels in store Complete pre-qualification forms Logging quotations, setting up folders, checking for drawings Assist Managing Director
  • Daily Booking flights and accommodation Prepare O&M Manuals Maintain training register Maintain tools & equipment register
  • General ad hoc office duties
