Responsibilities of a parking permit administrator 
Responding to customer queries
Telephone support
Data entry and processing
Uploading of documentation
Maintaining confidential data records
General administration duties
The role of the Parking Permit Processing office is;
To issue permits according to company procedures and transmit for production by our permit production partner.
To record, process and issue permit holders that are requested and enclose the standard accompanying literature.
To ensure that all transactions are recorded, and monies are reconciled before transfer to the accounts office
To ensure that data records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures and with respect to Data Protection principles and guidelines.
To maintain and ensure accuracy and integrity of personal and permit data vigilantly.
To use technology effectively and efficiently in the operation of the parking permit processing functions.
To ensure permit information transfers to the production partner and that our records are in turn updated to indicate shipment of the permit
To respond to any customer queries in relation to error or delay in the production or delivery of a parking permit.
To assist the appropriate enforcement agencies with information necessary for enforcement, including where necessary, personal information.
The parking permit office takes personal ownership in delivering the above and assisting with all permit queries and offering solutions.

Requirements
Minimum 1-year office administration experience
Full familiarity with Microsoft Office & IT literate
Good communication skills, polite and pleasant telephone manner
Ability to be accurate, organised and pay attention to detail
Volume data entry experience would be an advantage
Ability to work in a team environment
