Operations Manager - Wicklow - Luxury Retailer

We have a thriving eCommerce business who distribute our high end luxury products to 45 countries.

To be successful in the role you will need to have a customer first mindset, have superb attention to detail and provide excellent Team leadership.

Ability to work and thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment is also a necessity.

Responsibilities:


Delivering an excellent service to our Trade and eCommerce customers through the management our Order processing system.
Management of Warehouse and Transport
Management of the Manufacturing process
Management of sub-contractors
Management of Customer Service and Office Functions
Development of the Quality Assurance function in the business
People management across the team.
Ensuring excellent communication from the Operations Department to the Accounts, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing departments

Experience required:


Implementation of LEAN processes in a business
Managing a team in a growing retail brand
Implementation of detailed stock control systems & Software
Managing Warehouse operations
Experience in developing sustainable ways of working
Understanding of packing methods for secure transport
Experience in managing manufacturing department
Management of Sub-contractors
Management of Health & Safety records
Negotiating SLAs with key suppliers and subcontractors
Stock Control / Logistics / Supply Chain
Subcontractor Management
Development of Operations team
