Job Description

The Operations Data Analyst may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.es Operations, and Prime and Futures Operations globally. The Securities Services Operations global business management team is responsible for Organisational Oversight, Metrics reporting, Communications, Financial and Resource management, and senior management reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations metrics programme reporting, communications and deliverables
  • Delivery of management scorecard updates and co-ordination of remediation action plans with key stakeholders
  • Progress Metrics Strategy objectives and identify opportunities to improve metrics reporting processes, communications, and key indicators, in line with global vision and execution priorities  
  • Delivery of Organizational and financial metrics updates
  • Review and analysis of progress against key deliverables and targets 
  • Ad-Hoc presentation and report writing
  • Face-to-Face internal stakeholder management


Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
  • Experience with databases and information management, must be able to translate that into digestible information for non-technical audience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, strong team player
  • Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained though solid delivery against commitments 
  • Financial Services industry experience


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
