Office Manager, Dublin 2



I am working with a well-known hospitality group to hire an Office Manager based in their head office in South Dublin. This person will report to the MD and be responsible for managing the day to day administration of the business including PA support to the MD and the Operations Director


Role Responsibilities:

  • Secretarial support to MD and Operations Director
  • Maintain Office Services for the group of businesses
  • Answer all queries via phone, email and post on behalf of the Head Office
  • Implement office policies by establishing working standards and procedures
  • Ensure weekly management reports are sent to the GM and Operations Manager
  • Prepare budgets, expenses ad accounts as required
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure all queries are answered efficiently
  • Diary management and booking meeting rooms


Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role for a fast paced SME
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and spreadsheets is a must
  • Experience tracking budgets, accounts and expenses
  • Capable of working on their own initiative but work well with the rest of the team.
