Job Description

Do you speak Norwegian? Do you want to work in a multilingual and multicultural company? Are you looking to start your career in technology or customer support? If so, this job is for you!

You will be providing first level support to clients of DXC Technology (not just specifically on DXC products)

  • Answer calls quickly but accurately
  • Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
  • Update customers regading the status of their call
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Achieve individual and team goals
  • Mentor new hires


  • Fluent in Norwegian
  • Good level of English
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems
  • Interest in IT or computers
  • Team player
  • IT or customer support background is ideal but not required

  • Permanent contract with Cpl onsite in DXC
  • Salary: €26,500 plus performance related bonus. Weekend work and unsocial hours are compensated
